Paris Saint-Germain haven’t given up on the idea of keeping Neymar for at least one more year, but that doesn’t mean they’re not preparing for the possibility that he will force his way out this summer transfer window.

Should he leave, two possible names have emerged as replacements: Philippe Coutinho and Paulo Dybala.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Coutinho is the Parisians’ first priority. The Brazilian has been linked with a move to Arsenal, but that could fail to materialize, and PSG could acquiesce to Barcelona’s demand for a swap plus money deal for Neymar.

The other option reported by the Italian outlet is Juventus’s Dybala. Dybala has been a rumored target for Manchester United, but the latest reports seemed to suggest the move wouldn’t come to pass after all.

Meanwhile, Paris United reports that Dybala is the one in PSG’s sporting director Leonardo’s mind. In addition, should Neymar leave, PSG would also sign Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma as a reinforcement.

They say that PSG are willing to let Neymar go if the price is right, and they are very interested in upgrading the goalkeeping position. However, if Neymar does not leave, the French club will not make a big move in the transfer market.

In addition, Diario SPORT reports that PSG want Neymar to play their first match of the season, against Nîmes Olympique. However, the Brazilian does not want to do that.

Barça hinted at a possible move for the forward recently, with club president Josep Maria Bartomeu simply saying that they may not be done buying players this summer.
