Coutinho ‘100& certain’ he made the right decision to join Bayern

The midfielder is on a season-long loan at the German club

Philippe Coutinho has said he’s “100 per cent certain” he made the right decision to leave Barcelona on loan in the summer for Bayern Munich.

The Brazilian swapped the Camp Nou for Allianz Arena after a miserable spell with the Catalan giants and seems to be enjoying life in the Bundesliga.

Coutinho has come up with three goals and five assists for Bayern so far and has spoken about his happiness at the club.

”I’ve been made to feel happy here from day one, and I’m 100 per cent certain I made the right choice.

“He [Lucio] always told me how great it was in Munich and playing for Bayern, Given all of the positive impressions he gave me, I had no doubts about wanting to come here.”

The 27-year-old has already said he would love to stay at Bayern once his loan deal expires, but it’s still tough to see the German giants triggering his €120 million purchase option.
