A film about the midfield genius is on its way

Barcelona legend Andres Iniesta is the subject of a new documentary ‘Andrés Iniesta – The Unexpected Hero’ which is set to be released in spring 2020 by Rakuten TV.

The film focuses on his extraordinary life and career, from a difficult start to life at Barcelona at La Masia through to his World Cup winning goal for Spain in the 2010 final, and then on to life in Japan with Vissel Kobe.

The documentary also contains contributions from many well-known faces including Lionel Messi, Neymar, Carles Puyol, Xavi, Pep Guardiola and Luis Suarez.
