The Catalans need to move quickly

Juventus have reportedly set Barcelona a deadline if they want to sign Miralem Pjanic this summer.

According to Sport, the Catalan giants have until the end of June to reach agreement with the Turin giants over a move for the 30-year-old midfielder.

Talks between the clubs are said to be still going on with Juventus refusing to give up hope that they can land Arthur in exchange. But, as we all know, he’s really not interested.

The Italian media keep pushing it though and seem convinced that the Brazilian could change his mind even though he’s said several times already ‘no thanks.’

Apparently Quique Setien sees Pjanic as a starter in midfield next season alongside Sergio Busquets and Frenkie de Jong.

The report also reckons that if Arthur does not go then pretty much the player who could possibly be used instead is right-back Nelson Semedo.
