Busquets, Suarez and Roberto not interested in leaving

Are changes really coming?

Barcelona need to refresh their ageing squad but Sergio Busquets, Luis Suarez and Sergi Roberto seem to have no interest in leaving the Camp Nou.

Helena Condis at Cope has been in touch with Jose Maria Orobitg, the agent of both Roberto and Busquets, to ask about the duo’s future.

The agent assured Condis that “neither of them will leave Barca” and that he had spoken to both players to reassure them about their future.

It appears to be the same story with Suarez. Ovacion have been in touch with the striker’s people who have confirmed he’s not going anywhere.

The Uruguay international feels his scoring record in 2019-20, 21 goals in all competitions, is good enough for him to continue.

It’s all a bit different from Gerard Pique who said after the defeat to Bayern he’d “be the first to accept” if it was time to walk away from Barcelona.

Interesting times ahead it seems.
