Araujo back in Barcelona training ahead of Sevilla match
Good news from the training ground
It’s fair to say Barcelona’s biggest obstacle in the way of consistency this season is injuries. You may argue the defensive strategy is lacking but most of the problems that Barca have faced are in some way related to a lack of consistency in the team’s overall availability.
Barcelona’s training this morning featured a nice return in the squad. One Ronald Araujo returned to training after being injured against Betis. The ankle sprain kept him out of key games against Sevilla and PSG.

Barca could really use any form of defensive help anywhere. So a return for Araujo would be massive ahead of Sevilla and PSG second legs. The biggest concern for Barca in those matches is being able to produce quick offensive production. But as all great football minds know, you have to stop goals as well as score them. Araujo can certainly assist with that.
