Barcelona hit by Pedri injury blow
The midfielder went off during the win over Sevilla
Barcelona enjoyed a great 2-0 win over Sevilla on Saturday in La Liga, but the win was marred slightly by an injury to midfielder Pedri.
The teenager had to go off in the second half and was replaced by Ilaix Moriba.
Pedri was spotted after the game on crutches as the team returned to their hotel which is not great news.

Barcelona offered an update after the match.
“The first team player Pedri has a muscle problem in the lower part of his left leg. Tomorrow, Sunday, he will have more tests to find out the exact extent of the injury.”

Pedri now looks a real doubt for Wednesday’s Copa del Rey semi-final second leg against Sevilla on Wednesday.
The teenager’s absence would be a big blow but Ronald Koeman does have options. He could stick with Ilaix, who did well after he came on, while Riqui Puig is also a possibility.
Ronald Araujo also went off in the second half after making his return from injury, but it’s not clear if he has picked up another problem or not.
The center-back went down holding his ankle and then did appear ready to come back on only for Koeman to send on Samuel Umtiti instead.
