Barcelona turn focus to UCL clash with Bayern
The Bavarian giants are up next
Barcelona were back in training on Saturday and able to welcome back a host of players after the international break.
Memphis Depay, Frenkie de Jong, and Ronald Araujo were all back from international duty, while new signing Luuk de Jong got another session with his new teammates under his belt.
The team was due to play Sevilla in La Liga on Sunday but as that game has been postponed the focus is now all on Tuesday’s Champions League clash against Bayern at the Camp Nou.

Ronald Koeman has a few injury concerns ahead of the match, particularly in defense with Gerard Pique, Sergino Dest, and Jordi Alba all having issues.
Alba didn’t finish Saturday’s session but is expected to be fit enough to face Bayern, while Dest is “almost ruled out” of the game with an ankle problem, according to AS.
The report adds that Pique should get the medical green light on Monday and will start on Tuesday but striker Martin Braithwaite could miss out as he’s still struggling with a knee injury.
Koeman is also still without Ansu Fati, Sergio Aguero, and Ousmane Dembele due to injury but will be able to welcome back Pedri after a holiday as well as fit-again Philippe Coutinho.
Barca’s injuries, as well as Antoine Griezmann’s deadline-day departure, mean Koeman will have to make changes in attack and defense for Tuesday which should make for a pretty interesting teamsheet.
