Barcelona have ‘no chance’ of signing Leao from Milan

Barcelona have been told to forget about trying to sign Rafa Leao from AC Milan in the summer transfer window.
Reports in the Catalan press have claimed that Leao would be Barcelona’s dream signing this summer after failing to land Nico Williams.
However, AC Milan chief executive officer Giorgio Furlani has told the Catalan giants they have no chance at all of signing the attacker.
“Rafa Leão will not leave AC Milan this summer,” he said.
“Barcelona move? No chance. No way. He’s not leaving the club. 100. If Rafa asks to leave? He’s not gonna ask to leave the club. think my message is quite clear, no?”
A Barcelona move for Leao looked extremely unlikely as Barca are still trying to offload players in a bid to register new signing Dani Olmo.
Vitor Roque and Ilkay Gundogan are both expected to move on but more exits may be needed to get Olmo registered with La Liga.
