Porto launch deadline day bid for Barca’s Pablo Torre

FC Porto have reportedly launched a late bid to try and sign Pablo Torre from Barcelona in the final hours of the transfer window.
The Portuguese side are set to lose Nico Gonzalez on deadline day to Manchester City in a deal which is good news for Barca as they have a 40% sell-on clause.
However, it may mean Porto dip into the market before the transfer window closes on Monday night.
According to Diario Sport, Porto are now looking at Torre and are hoping to land the 21-year-old before the window shuts.
There have been a few whispers of speculation about Torre’s future this winter but it’s previously been reported he wants to stay and try to earn first-team minutes.
His resolve may now about to be tested if Porto come in for a bid, although the Portuguese side are believed to have other options as well.
