Rashford links up with super agent Zahavi in bid to move to Barca
The forward still wants to join the Catalans
Marcus Rashford’s name keeps on being churned out by the rumor mill, with the latest update claiming the Manchester United star has teamed up with Pini Zahavi in a bid to secure a dream transfer to Barcelona.
Zahavi works as an agent to Robert Lewandowski and also enjoys a close relationship with Joan Laporta. The thinking seems to be that he can help Rashford leave the Premier League and enjoy a new challenge in La Liga, according to Mundo Deportivo.
Rashford looks to have no future at Manchester United but has enjoyed a fairly productive spell on loan at Aston Villa. However, the forward has been hit by injury and may not play again for the Villans this season.
This is obviously not the first time that Barca have been linked with Rashford, although it’s not clear if he will be a target for the club when the transfer window reopens in the summer.
Barca’s priority instead seems to be strengthening at full-back, but it’s been reported Deco is still interested in trying to sign a left winger.
