Marc Cucurella has been talking about Barcelona while on international duty with Spain and made it pretty clear he would be tempted to return if the Catalans came knocking.
“It is clear if that situation [Barcelona making an offer] did arise, it is hard to turn down, but I would have to consider it in the end,” he told reporters.
“It is not just me, I also have to think about my family and together we would have to decide what’s best for us.
“As I have said before, right now I am not thinking about that. If it comes, it will come, and we will see what decision is made.”
Cucurella came through Barcelona’s academy but went on to play for Eibar and Getafe before heading to the Premier League with Brighton and now Chelsea.
There’s been no talk of Barcelona going for Cucurella this summer but might he be a good addition to the squad in an ideal world?
