Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly cooled interest in Julian Alvarez amid continued speculation about the Atletico star’s future.

Barcelona, PSG and Arsenal have all been linked with summer moves for the Argentina international, with Hansi Flick’s side having made Alvarez their top target.

According to L’Equipe, PSG held discussions about trying to bring in Alvarez but “but his indecisiveness deterred them.”

The French daily goes on to say: “Luis Enrique and Campos are quite clear on the matter: if a player doesn’t show a strong desire to join the French capital, they will move on.”

There’s been speculation already that Alvarez has told PSG and Arsenal that if he does leave Atletico this summer then it will be for Barcelona.

The Catalans giants are reported to have made an initial offer for Alvarez of €100 million, although Los Colchoneros have denied receiving an offer and have made their anger at the ongoing speculation very clear.
