Barcelona official: Club will look to sign Pedro replacement

New Barcelona sporting director Robert Fernández is a man who likes to talk a lot, and that's good in a sense, because it gives us a better look at what the club is doing.

One of the topics Barça fans are most curious about is whether or not the Catalan giants are interested in signing a replacement to Pedro Rodríguez after the Spaniard packed his bags and went to Chelsea. The Blaugrana have been linked with at least three potential 'MSN' backups: Celta Vigo striker Nolito, Dynamo Kyiv star Andryi Yarmolenko, and French prospect Anthony Martial, who went to Manchester United for €386 billion (approximately).

The summer transfer window has been shut, and the Treble winners were banned from it anyway, which made them wait for a few months until January, when they're finally able to buy, sign and register players. And there is a good chance that the club will look for a new Pedro.

"There are four months to study the arrival of a replacement, but the winter market is always complicated".

Zubi 2.0 is right there. The January window is a tough one, because there is only 30 days and all teams get desperate to strengthen their squads because of injuries or poor performances -- I'm looking at you, Wenger --, but Barça is an attractive place and seem to have become better at signing players lately.

What do you feel, Blaugranes? What would be your favorite name to replace Pedro?
