Let’s talk football together: Thursday 8:00PM ET.

Being a football fan is about community and sport meeting in a glorious and unique package. So we have an idea about football and community, and how the two can interact. Obviously the comment section on the website and Twitter have enabled certain aspects of community when it comes to football, but there is a different way that I think could be interesting.

Enter the livestream. Twitch streaming has enabled communities of different types of the years to come together, and simply talk about things. So this Thursday at 8:00PM ET, we’re going to go live to talk football.

What we want to do different than any live streamed podcast or anything like that is that this is simply a hangout. We’re going to go live at 8, throw on some FIFA in the background, and you all can come and talk football. The goal of this isn’t expert analysis, goodness knows I don’t have that, or to watch a show take place, the purpose is community.
