Another large slice of hot gossip

Neymar to Real Madrid, Bale to PSG?

Today’s rumors start with news that PSG and Real Madrid are apparently talking about a swap deal involving Neymar and Gareth Bale.

Blancos boss Zinedine Zidane said earlier today he hopes Bale leaves the club soon which has prompted a fresh wave of speculation the Welshman will be off this summer.

Of course Neymar has been heavily linked with a move to Barcelona, but The Independent reckon “key figures close to Neymar” are “trying to force a sensational swap” involving Bale and the Brazilian.

AS also reckon it’s a good idea and have gone with a piece, while the Guardian and the Telegraph reckon Bale is off to China to earn mega-bucks.

Burnley offered €12m for Cucurella

Over at Marca the word is that Premier League side Burnley offered Barcelona €12m for Marc Cucurella before he opted for a loan switch to Getafe.

The full-back’s move to Getafe contains an option to buy, of €6 million, which the club could take up if he enjoys a good campaign with José Bordalás’s side.

Barcelona haven’t given up on Junior Firpo

Meanwhile, Mundo Deportivo report that Barcelona are still in the race to land Junior Firpo from Real Betis.

Talks are apparently continuing between the two clubs, although Betis would like Barca to get a move on if they are going to make an offer.

Barca are keen on Firpo but they are still trying to figure out the best value for money when it comes to bringing in a left-back to provide competition for Jordi Alba.

Betis are willing to let the defender go for less than his €50 million buyout clause, and there remains a chance Juan Miranda could be included in any deal.
