Barcelona pass Umtiti and Junior Firpo fit for Eibar

The duo are back from injury

Samuel Umtiti and Junior Firpo have both been declared fit for Saturday’s La Liga match against Eibar. Umtiti has been out for the last six weeks with a foot injury. He has yet to play this season and will be a more than welcomed addition back to the Barcelona squad.

Firpo on the other hand last appeared in a 2-0 win over Getafe in late September. He scored a goal in the match before injuring his hamstring. They need full-back depth, so Firpo’s return comes just in time for the pre-holiday rush of matches.

Barcelona confirmed the players would return this morning. This is after they appeared in Friday’s training and traveled with the team on Thursday.
