The former goalkeeper has clashed with other people at the club

Victor Valdés continues to clash with high ranking staff in the club, which has led to doubts about whether he will continue as coach of Juvenil A.

The former goalkeeper has made waves not just for his coaching but his controversial actions and statements, including getting sent off and making a comment that he would be in trouble if he revealed his true feelings about the possible signing of Neymar.

A report from Catalunya Ràdio told of a very serious argument between him and Patrick Kluivert, head of La Masia. It seems it became a shouting match. Valdés reportedly does not want to quit as coach, however, he is frustrated because he thinks the staff are getting in his way in terms of coaching decisions.

Valdés was a very successful keeper and won just about everything a player can win. He was given the job of managing the Barcelona U19s because of a successful stint as a youth coach for a small team in Madrid.

He was always known for marching to the beat of his own drum, and it seems he wants to do things his own way as coach. But will that independent streak cost him his job?
