The Brazilian would be happy head back to Mestalla

Barcelona reserve goalkeeper Neto is set to leave the Camp Nou after just one season and head back to Valencia, according to the latest report.

Superdeporte report that Barca have put the Brazilian up for sale and that he would be happy to rejoin Los Che and hopefully regain his place as a starter.

The 30-year-old has only made four appearances for the Catalan giants, and Barca would be happy to let him go to reduce their wage bill.

Barca are looking for a fee of €20-25 million for the goalkeeper but are willing to negotiate if interested clubs struggle to meet that price.

It’s not clear what Barca would do with regards back-up goalkeepers if Neto is allowed to leave in the summer.

The club have been linked with a move for Ajax stopper Andre Onana, but it’s possible they could also look to promote Inaki Pena from Barcelona B.
