The Catalans seem to be full of confidence

There are rumors of good news coming from FC Barcelona’s training ground. The latest from Catalan press is that the players feel more confident in themselves than they anticipated, surprising even themselves.

It seems the players were pessimistic and skeptical when they first returned to group trainings following the outbreak of coronavirus in Spain. But now, the players are in high spirits, seeing their bodies react well, surely thanks to their commitment to individual training from home.

Players were said to be unsure at first, but felt much better after being able to train in groups and with the ball.

Luis Suárez has been an example to follow, with his stunningly quick recovery from injury that was supposed to keep him out for much longer. In fact, it is expected that players that he, along with those who suffered light injuries such as Lionel Messi and Samuel Umtiti, will be available to take part in the first match back from the break - against Mallorca.

The team reportedly knows that every other squad will be looking to bring some much needed joy to their fans, and so will be looking to make a statement through a whirlwind sprint of 11 matches to finish out the league season.
