Monchu leaves Barcelona for season-long loan with Girona

The midfielder has sealed a move away
Barcelona announced on Tuesday that midfielder Monchu has left the club and will spend the season on loan at Girona.
The 21-year-old will be hoping he can secure some regular football during his loan spell which includes a purchase option.

Barcelona haven’t included many details about the deal, but Sport are reporting if Monchu plays 22 games Girona will have to sign him for €3.5 million.
The 21-year-old has been at Barcelona since 2012 and was Barca B’s top scorer last season with eight goals in all competitions. He also made his first-team debut against Napoli in the Champions Leagues
