Everton keen on Ronald Araujo
But the Catalan giants don’t want to sell
Barcelona center-back Ronald Araujo appears to have attracted the interest of Premier League side Everton who are believed to be after a defender this summer.
Fabrizio Romano reckons the Toffees are keen but there’s no chance at all the Catalan giants will let the Uruguayan go.
Everton are planning to sign a centre-back in the summer. Araujo is highly appreciated but Barcelona will *not* sell him. No talks for Demiral, he’s not even a target. #EFC

Max Aarons update: new clubs are joining the race. Everton are now looking for other players.
Everton have signed a few Barca players recently including Andre Gomes, Lucas Digne, and Yerry Mina and have also been linked with a move for Philippe Coutinho recently.
Araujo was promoted to the first-team squad at Barcelona in October and has gone on to make 28 appearances in all competitions, although his campaign has been interrupted by injury.
The 22-year-old looks to have a big future at the club along with Oscar Mingueza and Eric Garcia who is expected to return to the club in the summer from Manchester City.
Meanwhile, Samuel Umtiti is expected to depart this summer, although Barca may struggle to offload the Frenchman due to his injury record and salary demands.
