Fun in Florida
Barcelona began life under Hansi Flick with a win over Manchester City in the first game of their pre-season tour of the United States.
It’s an encouraging start to the Flick era with a host of youngsters coming up against the Premier League champions and winning on penalties.
Flick handed starts to Marc Casado, Marc Bernal, Gerard Martin, Sergi Dominguez and Hector Fort, while Guille and Toni Fernandez, Alex Valle, Noah Darvich, Andres Cuena, Ander Astralaga and Quim Junyent all had minutes off the bench.
Pau Victor scored Barcelona’s first goal of the game to make it 1-0 to Flick’s side midway through the first half.

The new Barcelona manager was a happy man after the game, while Pep Guardiola admitted he was impressed with his former club’s youngsters - particularly Marc Bernal.
