Mounir Nasraoui has given an interview from hospital
Lamine Yamal’s father has admitted he feared for his life after being seriously injured in an attack in a car park this week.
Mounir Nasraoui was rushed to hospital after being stabbed multiple times but has since confirmed he’s recovering after the shocking incident.
Yamal’s dad remains in hospital but has now spoken a little more about the attack.
“Thank God they have just taken me up to the ward and I am a little better,” he told El Chiringuito.
“We must be calmer, for the good of everyone, for mine and my family. I must be calmer because I have no other choice, we must think that justice will do its job and it will surely do so, that is the most important thing. Thank God, who is very great, everything has a solution.
“Of course I was afraid, I saw myself between life and death, afraid like any human being.’
Catalan police have confirmed that four people have already been arrested in connection with the attack on Nasraoui and are facing potential charges of assault.
