The winger is enjoying a bright start to the season

Raphinha was linked with a move away from Catalonia practically all summer long, but he stayed in Barcelona. And that may have proved a great thing as he has started the season in fine form, scoring multiple goals and even captaining the side recently.

A new report says that Raphinha rejected approaches from the Premier League and Saudi Arabia to remain at FC Barcelona.

Al Nassr and Al Hilal made offers, with a lot of money included, to try to sign him. He said no. Chelsea FC also came for him; they had already tried to sign him when he left Leeds United and Barcelona first got him.

Raphinha turned down all those offers, which would’ve meant more money for him. And under Hansi Flick, he’s reached an even higher level than before.
