The teen has had a great start to the season
Lamine Yamal has picked up the Under-23 La Liga Player of the Month award for August after a strong start to the season with Barcelona.
The 17-year-old enjoyed a successful summer with Spain, helping to win Euro 2024, and has started the new campaign with a bang under Hansi Flick.
Lamine has four assists and a goal in his first four Barcelona appearances of the season and has rightly been recognised for his efforts.

Barcelona’s wonderkid joins Flick in receiving recognition this month. The Barcelona boss was named the Coach of the Month after a flawless start.
The Catalans now return to action against Girona at the weekend in what could be a tricky test for Flick and Co.
Yamal will be back in action this weekend after being granted a bit of a breather in midweek as he was taken off at half-time of Spain’s win over Switzerland.
