Fati’s injury nightmare continues after already missing the start of the season with a foot problem, which follows a 2023-24 campaign on loan at Brighton & Hove Albion that was also filled with several muscle issues.
The 22-year-old’s injury drama began four years ago with a meniscus tear in his knee that required surgery and was filled with complications that completely derailed one of the most promising careers in recent Barça history, and this is the latest bit of terrible news for a player of big potential who simply cannot stay fit.
Ansu’s return date could come on December 15 at home against Leganés, and his name is added to a list of injuries that includes Marc-André ter Stegen, Ronald Araujo, Ferran Torres, Andreas Christensen, Eric GarcÃa and Marc Bernal.
