Vitor Roque no longer training with Betis as Palmeiras move ‘is done’

Manuel Pellegrini has offered an update
Real Betis boss Manuel Pellegrini has confirmed Vitor Roque is not training with the team as it seems he’s heading to Palmeiras to complete his move from Barcelona.
The young forward is set to move back to Brazil after all three clubs came to an arrangement over his future.
The deal has yet to be official announced, but Pellegrini thinks it’s all done.
“Vítor Roque did not train today because it seems that his transfer to Palmeiras is finalised, done,” he told a pre-match press conference.
“Yesterday he did train because it was not yet known, but today he stopped training.
“I do not have to make any further comments about his departure, eighteen players have left this year for different reasons and I have not made any comments about any of them before. There is a squad and with this squad we have we will always try to get as high as possible.”
Vitor Roque’s transfer will be another welcome financial boost for Barcelona, with the Catalans set to receive 25 million euros for 80% of his rights.
