Malcom is a wanted man in January

The Brazilian has been linked with Everton and Guangzhou Evergrande

The January transfer window has only been open a matter of days but already there are plenty of rumors flying around about Malcom.

According to Marca, Premier League side Everton are keen on the Brazilian, but he’d prefer to stay at the Camp Nou.

The Toffees seem to have a pretty good relationship with Barca already. They signed Yerry Mina and Lucas Digne in the summer and also have Andre Gomes on loan.

Meanwhile, Goal’s Bruno Andrade is reporting that Chinese Super League side Guangzhou Evergrande have offered Barca a whopping €50 million for Malcom.

Of course Barcelona have also dealt with Guangzhou recently. They brought in Paulinho from the Chinese side for a season before the midfielder returned in July.

As for Malcom, he’s spoken openly about how playing for Barcelona is his dream, and it seems unlikely he’s going to give up on that after just a few months.

The Brazilian only moved to the Camp Nou in July 2017 and a lack of game time initially saw speculation about his future at the club arise at the end of last year.

However, goals against Inter Milan and Cultural Leonesa saw him finally make an impact at Barcelona before his first half of the season fizzled out due to an ankle injury.

Malcom will be hoping he can enjoy an injury-free run in the second half of the season and show what he can do, although if he spends most of the campaign on the bench expect rumors about his future to continue.
