The Brazilian would love to see the quartet play together

Former Barcelona star Rivaldo reckons a frontline of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Neymar and Antoine Griezmann would be “fantastic” for the Spanish champions.

Barca have been heavily linked with moves for both Neymar and Griezmann this summer, and Rivaldo would love to see them line up alongside Messi and Suarez next season.

“An attack with these four players would be spectacular and I think it’s possible to accommodate them all.

“It would be just a question of preparing a good system in training to make it possible. I don’t see a problem in playing with this Fantastic Four at the same time.

“Barcelona tend to have about 75 per cent of ball possession in a game, so they spent most of their time in offensive tasks and having these four players would be sensational.”

Yet bringing in the two attackers may be easier said than done. President Josep Maria Bartomeu said on Friday the club are aware Neymar wants to leave Paris Saint-Germain but the club do not want to let him go.

Meanwhile, Atletico Madrid seem pretty angry with Barcelona and their attempts to land Griezmann and have told their forward he must report for pre-season training.
