October 26 at 2 p.m. Barcelona time

FC Barcelona and Real Madrid will test each other’s strength in el Clásico on October 26th, 2 p.m. Barcelona time. The two sides will meet at Camp Nou for the first such meeting this season, with plenty of intrigue sure to surround this match.

Both teams have struggled at times this season, but it’s entirely possible they’ll be in rhythm when late October comes around. Barcelona have had the better of Madrid in the past few meetings but things have changed, and the whites will be looking to take their chance to exact revenge.

The tenth round of La Liga will happen after a midweek UEFA Champions League match. Barcelona will play against Slavia Prague in Prague on the 23rd, and Madrid on the 22nd against Galatasaray in Istanbul. That means Madrid will have one more day’s rest, although both teams could be looking to rotate.

Of course, securing a good result away from home in the Champions League is extremely important, too, so both managers will have tough decisions to make.
