On Tuesday Pedro González ‘Pedri’, who will be an FC Barcelona player from 1 July 2020, paid visit to the Club’s facilities. The player was accompanied by the Barça technical secretary Éric Abidal and his assistant Ramon Planes and together they took the 16 year old around the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper and then the facilities based around Camp Nou in the Les Corts neighbourhood of the city.

Agusti Benedito has announced in a press conference that a judge has backed a complaint he lodged over the vote of no confidence at Barcelona in 2017. Benedito, a former Barcelona presidential candidate, attempted to launch a vote of no confidence against Josep Maria Bartomeu and the Barcelona board two years ago, but there was disagreement over the deadline for presenting backers.

After a judge backed Agusti Benedito in his complaint over the deadline set by Barcelona for his 2017 vote of no confidence against Josep Maria Bartomeu, the Catalan club have decided to appeal. Spokesperson Josep Vives has spoken about the ruling, which agreed with Benedito that the Blaugrana board shortened the deadline for the collection of signatures in order to reduce the possibilities of a successful vote.
