Papers: Lautaro Martinez to cost €60m plus two players, Barcelona’s 11 reinforcements

Tuesday’s front pages bring news that Barcelona are closing in on a deal for Lautaro Martinez and also features an update on how the club will have 11 reinforcements this summer.

Sport have Martinez on their front page with a report Barca are close to agreeing a deal of €60m plus two players for the Argentina international.

There’s no word as to who the two players might be, but the names of Samuel Umtiti, Arturo Vidal, Ivan Rakitic, Carles Alena and Nelson Semedo are all mentioned.

Meanwhile, Mundo Deportivo are focused on how Barcelona have ‘11 reinforcements’ arriving at the club.

Philippe Coutinho, Rafinha and Carles Alena will all return from loans, as will youngsters Jean-Clair Todibo, Juan Miranda, Moussa Wague, Marc Cucurella and Oriol Busquets.

Barcelona have also agreed deals for attacking starlets Trincao, Pedri and Brazilian midfielder Matheus Fernandes.

Some players may get the chance to impress at Barcelona, while other are likely to be sold or loaned to gain more experience.

The report says Rafinha and Cucurella can “definitely leave,” while others such as Pedri, Miranda and even Trincao might go out on loan.
