The club are preparing for their first game on June 13

Barcelona returned to full training on Monday as they continue to step up preparations for the imminent return of La Liga.

The Catalan giants discovered their first fixture back will take place at Real Mallorca on June 13, and they will then welcome Leganes to Camp Nou three days later.

It promises to be a pretty hectic end to the season with Barca set to pack in 11 games in just over a month as La Liga want the season over by 18-19 July.

Monday saw the players all back together on the training ground for the first time in 82 days. Samuel Umtiti was also back after picking up a calf problem and did part of the session.

Barcelona players have been speaking recently about playing again. Lionel Messi has said he doesn’t feel “football, like life in general” will ever feel the same again.

Arturo Vidal has warned his team to prepare for “11 finals” between now and the end of the season, while Clement Lenglet reckons it will be like a “new 11-game championship.”
