Barca send touching message to Gavi with special shirts for Rayo clash
The injured midfielder is in the club’s thoughts
Barcelona players showed their support for injured team-mate Gavi during the clash with Rayo Vallecano in La Liga on Saturday.
The players took to the pitch with the words “Estem amb tu, Gavi” which means “We are with you, Gavi” on the front of their jerseys.
It’s a nice touch from Barcelona who have really been rocked by the injury this week. Players past and present have been quick to show their support to the teenager.

Xavi has also spoken about the midfielder and said his passion for the game is simply irreplaceable.
Yet Barcelona have been linked with a move for a midfielder in the January window to try and fill in for the injured star.
Xavi did speak about the rumors ahead of the match against Rayo but wasn’t giving too much away. Speculation has suggested he’d like to bring in Giovani Lo Celso on loan from Tottenham.
