Valverde and Busquets get lost in Saudi Arabia

The Barcelona duo missed their press conference
Barcelona’s Super Cup campaign got off to a pretty farcical start on Wednesday when the driver taking Ernesto Valverde and Sergio Busquets got lost on the way to their pre-match press conference.
The duo were supposed to attend the presser before training but it ended up getting delayed, with Valverde eventually speaking to reporters after their session.

It seems the duo’s driver got a bit lost and instead of taking them to the Al-Ittihad Club where training was due to take place decided to drive them to the King Abdullah Sports Stadium instead (where Valencia and Real Madrid are due to play tonight).
Valverde was able to joke about it when he finally met reporters saying there had “been a little mistake” but “we got to know the city a little better.”
